Current scope: this policy covers the current Rankagora service, which has no user accounts, behavioural advertising or live payment processing. Payments are disabled until the paid phase is announced.Information we collect
Rankagora processes listing URLs, names, descriptions, icons, Category and Place targets, moderation status, bid amounts, bid dates and aggregate profile-click counts. For public traffic statistics, it processes a random anonymous visitor session identifier issued by the service, the visited page path and first and last activity times. Where a contact email is supplied with a submission, it may be stored for moderation and service communication and is not displayed publicly.
Information created by the service
The service creates ranking positions, selected-window scores, permanent bid history, aggregate visitor and page-view totals, and audit records needed to explain moderation and simulated bid events. The public statistics do not expose individual visitor identifiers or activity histories.
How we use information
Information is used to publish and rank approved listings, show anonymous live site activity, verify eligibility for Category and Place targets, moderate submissions, calculate outbid quotes, maintain bid history, prevent misuse and improve reliability.
Public information
Approved listing names, descriptions, websites, images, ranking targets, scores, positions, bid times and aggregate clicks may be public. Contact emails and internal audit records are not intended for public display.
Sharing and service providers
Rankagora does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by infrastructure, security, metadata-fetching or future payment providers only as needed to operate the service, and may be disclosed where required by law or to protect users and the platform.
Data retention
Listing and ranking records are retained while needed to operate the directory, preserve transparent bid history, resolve disputes or meet legal obligations. Anonymous visitor session identifiers and page-view events are automatically pruned after 90 days without activity. Rejected, removed or contact data should be deleted or anonymised when no longer necessary.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of personal information. Listing owners may also request correction or removal of inaccurate listing information through the operator contact channel published for the production service.
Security
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so sensitive credentials or confidential material should never be submitted as listing content.
Children
Rankagora is not directed to children and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
This policy may change as Rankagora introduces accounts, real payments, analytics or additional providers. The updated date will be revised and material changes should be disclosed before the new processing begins.
