By accessing or using Rankagora, you agree to these terms and the published ranking rules. If you submit or manage a listing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to do so.
Paid placement disclosure
Rankagora is a paid-placement directory, not an editorial ranking or recommendation service. Paid scores determine positions according to the public methodology. A higher position does not mean that Rankagora considers a listing better, safer or more suitable.
Listings and content
You must provide accurate information and may submit only content and websites you are authorised to promote. You retain ownership of your content and grant Rankagora a non-exclusive licence to display, format and promote it as needed to operate the directory.
Bids, windows and ranking targets
Listings may remain published for free. Eligible bids are recorded permanently and contribute to the rolling 24 Hours, rolling 31 Days and All-Time rankings according to their timestamps. A bid may target one Category and one Place. Targets roll upward through their hierarchy and never downward. The complete calculation is described in the ranking rules.
Payments, renewals and refunds
No payments are accepted while the paid phase is being prepared. Before real payments are enabled, Rankagora will publish the checkout provider, renewal behaviour, taxes, cancellation process and refund terms that apply at purchase, and require explicit acceptance at checkout.
Prohibited use
You may not submit unlawful, deceptive, infringing, malicious or unsafe content; manipulate rankings through fraud or unauthorised access; scrape or overload the service; impersonate others; or use Rankagora in a way that harms users, listings or the platform.
Moderation and removal
Submissions require approval. Rankagora may reject, suspend, correct or remove a listing when necessary to enforce these terms, protect the platform, respond to a legal request or address inaccurate or harmful content.
External websites
Listings link to independent third-party websites. Rankagora does not control their content, availability, security or privacy practices. Visiting or buying from a listed website is at your own discretion.
Availability and warranties
Rankagora is provided on an “as available” basis. Rankings, scores and features may change as the service evolves. To the extent permitted by law, no guarantee is made that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated when the product, business model or legal requirements change. The revised date will be shown at the top of this page. Material changes should be reviewed before continued use.
